Requirements:
You must have a physical presence in Nigeria, (either as an individual, or as an entity, whether commercial or non-profit) to register a .ng domain name. This will be verified prior to completion of the registration process.
Registrations must be from organizations with a real presence in the country and with a demonstrable intent to use the domain name on a regular basis on the internet. I.e. vanity, placemark, ... name registration is not appropriate. For trademark registration, see the trademark office. You must have the right to use the .ng domain name before you attempt to register it.
Speculative .ng registration is not encouraged. Please note that there is a limit to the number of spurious .ng registrations, you may attempt. Only proceed beyond this point, if you really must register a .ng domain name.
